Thank God it's Friday's challenge this week is all about skulls, so I made this slightly humorous, macabre card: Tea time!! The images is from Itkupilli and Lisas Altered Art. The spiderwebstamp is from Inkadinkado and the clockstamp from unknosn. By the way, if anyone knows of other really talented collagesheet-makers like these two, please give me a link to them! I hope you enjoyed my card and I wish you a great weekend!
TGIF's utfordring denne uken går på "skaller". Altså hodeskaller, uten hår og øyne osv. Skikkelig skummelt!

Theme Thursday'sch beallenge this week is vintage women atc's. I have made the background from distressink, glitterspray, stamps etc. The image is my grandmother when she was young. Isn't she beautiful? She was a strong, wise and beutiful woman and I am so sad that she is no longer among us. I hope she is up there somewhere watching over us and seeing that I have a wonderful happy life with two children. I know that she wanted so much for me to be happy and get children. She loved the authumn whith its vibrant colors and she loved to paint. I quess this atc is rather "simple" but I chose to make it that way in order not to drown the image in to much elements, and let the colors of the background shine through.

This card is made from Sketch maniac's challenge this week. I might have streched the sketch too far, but with a good part of imagination you might see the sketch somewhere in my card. The image is from Itkupilli.

TMTA's challenge this week is architecture. Since I have not a singel stamp with a house on it, I fell for Itkupillis very old and drafty house. The boy is from Lisas Altered Art. The stamps used is a textstamp from Elsi and Making memories. The number "31" is also from Itkupilli and is covered with matt glossy accents.

I just love creating vintagecards. However, I have to now and then, make something completely different just to get a balance from all the sugarsweet elements. While I was making this card I was playing with the thought on how much I can put on a card before it gets way too much. This card has more elements than what I usually put on a card, but still I think it came out ok.
The image is from : Itkupilli
Leaves from: Forever flowers, Mc Gill punch
Roses from: Wild Orchid crafts
Butterflies from: Marie Klip (Panduro)
Corners from: Cuttlebug die
I have had the greatest weekend. I went down to my summercottage with a friend and we took long walks in the woods, had late evenings with talk and creativity, long mornings and wonderful weather.
