I always seem to be the last out on these challenges. But better late than never they say. We got a beautiful picture to work with. I have been sleeping on it for some days wondering what to do with it, and I ended up with making an ATC, cutting the image out and distressing it down with Tea Dye from Rangerink so that it got even more vintagy.
The background i also distressed with Tea Dye and Vintage Photo from Rangerink, I then stampet som postmarks around the edges, put on a ribbon and glued on thos tiny tiny pearls along the edge of the ribbon, and som larger ones on the ribbon. The brown swirls is cut out from a Bosskut die. They have the most delightfull dies and swirls! Love them!
Today I also got the return from a "Bird" swapp I have attended. You se the atc's I got in return below here.
And then you got to scroll down to the very bottom and look at the marvellous artwork I recieved in the mail today from my 9 year old friend Marte. She swappet an atc with me, and she made me this cuddly and very cute bear! I think she is so talented. Imagine only being nine and making atc's allready!

The cake recipe is from Olivia. I have got her permission to translate it to norwegian. If you read english I urge you to go and visit her blog and leave some words behind to her while you copy the recipe there. I bet she will appreciate that.
Painting with alcohol inks. I just love this stamp. It was with an english text that I cut out in order to place any text I wanted in there instead. This is norwegian an means "Flowers for you!".
Thanks to Cuttlebug, fiveminute cards have been a piece of cake to make. Both the background and the center is embossed with plates from Cuttlebug. A button in the middle and some large flowers, and voila! you are finished!
